KBAC 9481 Auto/Manual Switch Kit for use with SIAC is designed for installation on the front cover of the KBAC inverters. KBRC Power On/Off Switch assembly is designed to provide a positive AC line power disconnect. It can be installed in lieu of, or in addition to, the factory installed Start/Stop Switch assembly. The switch is double pole which is used to disconnect both AC lines. If only one AC line is to be disconnected, a single pole can be used. Refer to local electrical codes that apply. The Power On/Off Switch assembly contains two (2) blue and two (2) white wires which are terminated with 0.250” female quick-connect terminals. (1)

KBVF 9598 DBVF Dynamic Brake Module for Single Phase Input Models (230VAC only) is designed to be used with the KBVF Series Drives (Model Nos. KBVF-21D, 22D, 13, 23, 23D, 14, 24, 24D) and the KBBL Series Drives (Model Nos. KBBL-2P2D, 2P3D, 2P6D, 21D, 22D, 23D, 24D). The DBM provides up to 25% continuous braking torque and 200% instantaneous braking torque (maximum 1 HP (0.75 kW). (1)
KBVF/KBAC-MSB 9503 Multi Speed Board provides (4) user selectable preset speeds to control a motor connected to the KBVF Adjustable Frequency Drive. A preset is selected with a contact closure or open collector. (1)

The fittings are designed to provide a liquidtight seal when using cables to wire the drive. These fittings are suitable for all KB NEMA 4X drives. Table 1 shows the specifications of the fittings. Figure 1 shows the order in which the fitting parts are assembled. Figure 2 shows the assembled fitting (1)
The KBMG Multi-Speed Board (Part No. 8833) provides (4) - user selectable preset speeds to control a motor connected to the KBMG-212D Regenerative Drive. A preset (PS 1, PS 2, PS 3, PS 4) is selected with a contact closure or open collector. The motor speed for each preset is adjustable via trimpot settings which can be fine tuned by using the HI-LO range jumpers. Motor direction is setby the position of Jumper R/F (forward/reverse) which is provided for each preset. Connections to the Multi-Speed Board are made via a barrier terminal block. A connector is available for a tach-generator,if required. (1)
The Run-Stop-Jog Switch provides selection between the Main Speed Potentiometer setting or a momentary jog speed, which can be used to index a machine into position. The switch contains three (3) positions: 1. “Run” – The switch is placed in this position when the control output is to be set using the Main Speed Potentiometer.2. “Jog” – Used to provide a low speed output. This position is spring loaded so the switch must be 3. “Stop” – Used as a resting position when the Jog function is used. The motor will stop when in this position. (1)
The SI-5 and SI-6 Barrier Terminal Board Signal Isolators convert standard KBIC® and KBMM™ controls to an isolated input. By using external resistors, the input signal can be changed to 0-100VDC, 0-200VDC and 4-20mA. The output voltage is 0-10VDC which can be rescaled via the built-in Min and Max trimpots. Selectable AC line jumpers allow the SI-5 and SI-6 to be used either with 115 or 230VAC controls. Installation is made by simply mating the unit to the speed control via the built-in quick-connect terminals. (1)

The SIAC-PS Signal Isolator with Power Supply provides an isolated interface between non-isolated signal sources and the drive. It is used with the KBAC 2G Series Drives to isolate, amplify, and condition DC voltage and current signals from any source (tach-generators, transducers, PLCs, and potentiometers). It provides an isolated input to control motor direction and an isolated 5 Volt DC power supply for potentiometer operation. In addition, this updated model contains an isolated 24 Volt DC power supply for transducers or auxiliary equipment. All input connections and power supplies are isolated from the AC line and motor wiring. It installs easily into the drive with a snap-in mounting base and is wired with a connector. Main features include voltage or current signal inputs. Other features include a power on LED, barrier terminal blocks to facilitate wiring, multi-turn trimpots (MAX1, OFFSET), and a jumper for voltage or current signal input selection. An optional accessory for use with the SIAC-PS is the Auto/Manual Switch (Part No. 9481) to select a signal input from either the SIAC-PS or the Main Speed Potentiometer of the drive (1)
9884, The KBIC® and KBMM™ Barrier Terminal Boards easily convert a standard control with quick-connect terminals to barrier terminals. Provision is made for AC line and armature fusing. The Barrier Terminal Board installs directly over the control by mating the Q-D terminals. A separate .110” jumper wire can be used to connect to the I1 Inhibit terminal or, on the KBMM™, to the T or B terminals which are used for tach feedback. (Refer to KBMM™ Instruction Manual.) Fuses supplied separately. (1)
